1 package (1 lb) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

      Add Fillings: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough. Lay the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, ensuring they cover the entire surface.

        Season it Up: In a small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle this mixture over the pepperoni for extra flavor.

          Roll It Up: Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seams to seal, and cut the log into 1-inch thick pieces.

            Brush with Olive Oil: In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the oil mixture generously over each roll.

              Bake: Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed.

                Serve: Once out of the oven, allow them to cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
