2 cups fresh pineapple chunks, frozen

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Prep the Fruit: Ensure that the bananas and pineapple chunks are fully frozen. You can freeze them overnight or for at least 4 hours for best results.
