Ingredients
  

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup coconut water (or water)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

2 cups ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pineapple Layer: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut water, and 1 tablespoon of honey or agave. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add more honey/agave to your liking. Pour the mixture into a bowl and set aside.

    Prepare the Strawberry Layer: In the same blender (no need to clean it!), add the strawberries, the remaining coconut water, and honey/agave. Blend until smooth, adding ice cubes gradually until you achieve a slushy consistency.

      Assemble the Slushies: In serving glasses, alternate layers by spooning the pineapple slush first, then the strawberry slush on top. You can use a skewer or spoon to gently swirl the two layers together for a beautiful marbled effect.

        Serve Cold: Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
