For the Pineapple Layer:

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (frozen works as well)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 cup coconut water or regular water

Juice of 1 lime

For the Strawberry Layer:

2 cups fresh strawberries (or frozen)

1 tablespoon maple syrup or sugar (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 cup lemonade or water

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Lime wedges

Instructions

Prepare the Pineapple Layer:

    - In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, honey/agave syrup, coconut water, and lime juice.

      - Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut water or regular water to achieve a slushy consistency.

        - Pour the pineapple mixture into a large glass or pitcher and set aside.

          Prepare the Strawberry Layer:

            - In another blender, add the strawberries, maple syrup/sugar, lemonade, and lemon juice.

              - Blend until smooth, adjusting the liquid if necessary to reach a slushy consistency.

                - Once blended, pour the strawberry mixture into a separate glass or pitcher.

                  Swirl the Mixtures:

                    - Take a tall glass and start by adding the pineapple mixture first.

                      - Slowly pour the strawberry mixture on top of the pineapple layer to create a beautiful swirl effect.

                        - Use a straw or spoon to gently mix the layers to your liking.

                          Garnish and Serve:

                            - Add fresh mint leaves on top and garnish with lime wedges and slices of pineapple and strawberries for an extra burst of flavor and presentation.

                              - Serve immediately with a straw or a long spoon.
