Ingredients

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (frozen or fresh)

2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)

1 cup coconut water or pineapple juice

1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

2 cups ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Pineapple Layer:

    - In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut water (or pineapple juice), and honey. Blend until smooth. If using fresh pineapple, you might want to blend in some ice for a chilled effect while blending.

      Prepare the Strawberry Layer:

        - In another blender (or thoroughly rinse out the first), add the sliced strawberries, honey, and a little more coconut water (or juice) if needed. Blend until smooth, adding ice if desired to achieve a slushy consistency.

          Create the Swirl:

            - In a glass, start by pouring the pineapple slushie layer until it fills about halfway up the glass.

              - Carefully spoon the strawberry slushie on top, aiming to create swirls as you pour it in. You can use a skewer or a spoon to gently swirl the two mixtures together for a marbled effect.

                Garnish & Serve:

                  - Top with fresh mint leaves for added flavor and presentation. Serve immediately with straws or spoons for slurping up delicious layers!
