1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

For the cheesecake filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup mini M&M’s

½ cup chopped Snickers bars

For the topping:

1 cup heavy whipping cream (for whipped topping)

2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped topping)

½ cup mini M&M’s

½ cup chopped Snickers bars

¼ cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the ingredients are combined and resemble wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set.

    Make the cheesecake filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

      Whip the cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

        Add mix-ins: Fold in the mini M&M’s and chopped Snickers bars into the cheesecake filling. Be careful not to deflate the batter too much.

          Assemble the cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set, preferably overnight for best results.

            Prepare the topping: In a mixing bowl, whip together the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe the whipped topping over the chilled cheesecake.
