Ingredients
  

2 cups almond milk (or your milk of choice)

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix (or a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger)

A pinch of salt

Whipped cream (for topping, optional)

Ground cinnamon (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium saucepan, combine the almond milk and pumpkin puree over medium heat. Stir well to combine.

    Heat the mixture until it is warm but not boiling, stirring occasionally.

      Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice mix, and a pinch of salt to the saucepan. Whisk continuously for about 2-3 minutes until fully combined and heated through.

        Once the mixture is hot, remove it from the heat and let it sit for a minute to cool slightly.

          Pour the pumpkin spice milk into mugs and top with whipped cream if desired.

            Dust with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon for garnish and enjoy your cozy drink!
