Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts chicken breasts skinless, about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for marinating
  • 1 lemon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Cook the chicken breasts in the air fryer for 10 minutes, then flip them over and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve with a side of vegetables or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
