Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic until well combined. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp in a single layer, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink, then flip them over.

Pour the honey Sriracha sauce mixture over the shrimp, and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.

Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Serve immediately with steamed rice or over a salad for a delightful meal.
