Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

4 slices of bacon, chopped

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, lettuce

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted water, cook the fettuccine or penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

Brown the Beef: In the same skillet with the bacon drippings, add the diced onion and cook for about 3 minutes until soft. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Lower the heat to medium-low, stir in the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and both cheeses (cheddar and Parmesan) to the skillet with the beef and onion mixture. Stir continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently until the pasta is coated in the creamy cheese sauce. Add the cooked bacon back into the skillet and mix well.

Serve: Plate the loaded bacon cheeseburger Alfredo pasta and top with optional toppings such as chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce for added freshness.
