Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup crushed nuts (such as almonds or walnuts) for garnish (optional)

Silicone mold or muffin tin for freezing

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

If desired, fold in mini chocolate chips for a delightful texture and added sweetness.

Spoon the mixture into the silicone mold or muffin tin, filling each cavity about 3/4 full. You can also sprinkle crushed nuts on top for added crunch and flavor.

Smooth the top of each bite using a spoon or spatula, ensuring an even surface.

Place the mold or tin in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.

Once frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the mold by gently twisting or pressing them out. If using a muffin tin, you may need to run warm water over the bottom of the tin to help release them.

Store the frozen bites in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy them straight from the freezer as a quick, nutritious snack!
