Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water for brewing tea
  • 4 teaspoons black tea leaves or 4 tea bags
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 cup sugar adjust according to taste
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 lemon sliced for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Once boiling, remove from heat and add the black tea leaves. Steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into a large pitcher and stir in the sugar while the tea is still warm.
  • Add the fresh raspberries and gently mash them to release their juices.
  • Pour the tea over ice cubes and stir well.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and additional raspberries. Serve immediately.
