Ingredients

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup whole milk (adjust for thickness)

1/4 cup red velvet cake crumbles (preferably from a baked cake)

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (plus more for drizzling)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream (for topping)

Red velvet cake sprinkles (for garnish)

Maraschino cherries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, red velvet cake crumbles, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract.

Mix Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the milkshake is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness by adding more chocolate syrup if desired, then blend for a few seconds to mix.

Prepare the Glass: Drizzle some chocolate syrup along the inside of a tall glass for decoration.

Pour and Top: Pour the red velvet milkshake into the prepared glass, filling it to about an inch from the top.

Add Whipped Cream: Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

Garnish: Sprinkle red velvet cake sprinkles on top and add a maraschino cherry if you like.

Serve Immediately: Serve your milkshake with a straw and a spoon for enjoying the cake pieces!
