Ingredients

1 box (3 oz) red raspberry gelatin

1 box (3 oz) blueberry gelatin

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup boiling water (for each gelatin)

1 cup cold water (for each gelatin)

Whipped cream (for topping)

Fresh berries (raspberries and blueberries) for garnish

Instructions

Make the Red Layer: In a mixing bowl, dissolve the red raspberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring well until fully melted. Add 1 cup of cold water and mix. Pour the mixture into clear cups, filling them about one-third full. Place them in the refrigerator to set, about 1-2 hours.

Prepare the White Layer: In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely combined and smooth. Let it cool slightly, then carefully pour the white layer on top of the set red layer. Refrigerate again until the white layer is firm, about 1-2 hours.

Make the Blue Layer: Repeat the process for the blueberry gelatin by dissolving it in 1 cup of boiling water and adding 1 cup of cold water. Once the white layer is set, gently pour the blue gelatin mixture on top of the white layer. Return the cups to the refrigerator and let the blue layer set for another 1-2 hours.

Serve: Once all layers have set thoroughly, top each cup with whipped cream and garnish with fresh raspberries and blueberries for an added festive touch.
