Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 bags black tea bags
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup honey or sweetener adjust to taste
  • 1 lemon fresh lemon juice for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey until dissolved. Add the fresh blueberries and lemon juice, then let the mixture cool.
  • Once cooled, strain the tea into a pitcher to remove the blueberries. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or until chilled.
  • Serve over ice, garnished with additional blueberries and lemon slices if desired.

Tip 1: Use cold water to steep the tea instead of boiling for a milder flavor.
