Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup olive oil

Juice and zest of 1 large orange

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and ensure they are fully coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for the best flavor.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the marinade.

Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a refreshing salad for a complete meal.
