Ingredients

4 cups water

4 Earl Grey tea bags

1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

1/4 cup honey (or to taste)

1 lemon, sliced

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

Brew the Tea: In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea bags. Let it steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on desired strength.

Prepare the Raspberry Mixture: While the tea is steeping, in a separate bowl, muddle 1 cup of fresh raspberries with a fork until they are well crushed. This will release their juices and flavor.

Combine and Sweeten: After the tea has steeped, remove the tea bags and strain the brewed tea into a large pitcher. Add the muddled raspberry mixture and honey to the pitcher, stirring well to combine. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

Chill the Tea: Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the tea to chill completely.

Serve: When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the chilled Earl Grey raspberry tea over the ice, and add a slice of lemon to each glass for extra flavor.

Garnish and Enjoy: Top each glass with a few whole raspberries and fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch. Serve immediately and enjoy the cool summer vibes!
