Ingredients
  

2 cups brewed hibiscus tea (chilled)

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lime juice

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions
 

Start by brewing the hibiscus tea. Boil 2 cups of water and steep 2-3 teaspoons of dried hibiscus flowers or tea bags for about 10-15 minutes. Strain and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.

    In a blender, combine the chilled hibiscus tea, pineapple chunks, banana, coconut milk, honey, vanilla extract, and lime juice.

      Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again to achieve a thicker consistency.

        Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or syrup if needed.

          Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a pineapple slice or a sprig of mint if desired.
