8 oz thinly sliced salami

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, yellow, and green)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

8 large lettuce leaves (preferably romaine or butter lettuce)

Toothpicks for securing rolls

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs. Mix until smooth and well blended.

    Lay a slice of salami on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over the salami.

      Sprinkle a small amount of diced bell peppers and chopped green onions on top of the cream cheese layer.

        Place a lettuce leaf on top of the peppers, then carefully roll the salami tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside.

          Secure the roll with a toothpick, cutting off any excess salami if necessary to make it clean.

            Repeat the process with the remaining salami slices and filling ingredients.

              Once all rolls are prepared, chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.

                Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces (if desired) and serve on a platter for your guests.
