Ingredients

2 cups mini pretzels

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Spread the mini pretzels evenly on the baking sheet.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.

Remove the saucepan from heat and add the vanilla extract, stirring until fully incorporated.

Pour the caramel mixture evenly over the pretzels on the baking sheet, ensuring all pretzels are coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt both the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the caramel pretzel layer, using a spatula to spread it evenly.

Sprinkle sea salt over the chocolate layer while it’s still warm. Allow the bark to cool completely at room temperature or in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.

Once set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
