1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 lb Italian sausage (sweet or spicy, based on preference)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). If you prefer, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with cooking spray.

    Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the Italian sausage. Break it up into small pieces as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes, until fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain excess grease and remove from heat.

      Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and smooth.

        Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles on a clean surface.

          Fill the Crescents: Spoon a generous tablespoon of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides as you go to create a crescent shape.
