Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1 egg, beaten

1/4 cup sesame seeds (white or toasted)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional garnish: Sliced green onions and extra sesame seeds

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, and the beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper.

Form Meatballs: Using your hands, mix until all ingredients are well combined. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and roll each meatball in sesame seeds to coat it evenly.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the coated meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and have a golden-brown crust.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with sliced green onions and additional sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm as an appetizer or over a bed of rice for a main course.
