100g salami, diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prep the Ingredients: Begin by dicing the salami and chopping the green onions. Set aside.

    Sauté Salami: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced salami and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, or until it starts to crisp and emits a delightful aroma. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

      Whisk the Eggs: In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk, black pepper, salt, and paprika (if using). Whisk until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

        Combine & Cook: Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the sizzling salami. Stir gently and continuously on medium-low heat, allowing the eggs to cook evenly. Cook for about 5 minutes until the eggs are almost set but still slightly runny.

          Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the eggs and cover the skillet with a lid. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted and the eggs are fully set.

            Serve the Dish: Once cooked, remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and fresh parsley. Serve hot in the skillet for a rustic touch or transfer to plates for individual servings.
