Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

12 oz fettuccine pasta

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients: Start by cutting the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and seasoning them with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Place Chicken in Slow Cooker: Add the seasoned chicken to the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour in the chicken broth and garlic, then stir gently to combine.

Add Broccoli: Layer the broccoli florets on top of the chicken mixture.

Mix Alfredo Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken and broccoli in the slow cooker.

Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Cook Pasta Separately: About 15 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Combine Pasta with Sauce: Once the chicken is tender, stir in the cooked pasta, ensuring it’s well coated in the creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Serve: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving warm. Enjoy your delicious, creamy Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli!
