Ingredients

1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained

1 (15 oz) can creamed corn

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup Jiffy cornbread mix

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup milk

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and melted butter. Stir until well blended and smooth.

Add the sweet corn, creamed corn, shredded cheddar cheese, Jiffy cornbread mix, sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Grease the interior of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Pour the corn mixture into the prepared slow cooker, spreading it evenly.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the casserole is set and slightly golden on the edges. Stir occasionally if possible.

Once cooked, remove the lid and let it sit for about 10 minutes to firm up before serving.

Serve warm as a delicious side dish at your next gathering!
