Ingredients

1 pound kielbasa (polska sausage), sliced into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup honey

1/3 cup Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

Place the sliced kielbasa in the slow cooker. Pour the honey mustard mixture over the kielbasa, ensuring all pieces are well coated.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to evenly distribute the sauce.

Once cooked, stir the bites again and let them sit for about 10 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken slightly.

Serve the kielbasa bites warm, garnished with fresh parsley. These make excellent appetizers and pair perfectly with toothpicks for easy serving!
