Ingredients

8 oz feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Pita chips or vegetable sticks (for serving)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, sour cream, and olive oil. Mix until smooth and creamy using a fork or a hand mixer.

Add the smoked paprika, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed; you can add more smoked paprika for extra smokiness or lemon juice for brightness.

Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

Serve chilled or at room temperature with pita chips or assorted vegetable sticks.
