Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press the Base: Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create a solid crust layer. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Layer the Ingredients: Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the baked crust layer. Next, add the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts (if using) on top of the coconut.

Drizzle with Sweetened Condensed Milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire surface of the bar, ensuring an even coat. It will act as the glue and will pool down into the layers as it bakes.

Bake: Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and the edges are bubbly.

Cool and Cut: Allow the bars to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before slicing into squares. For best results, chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before cutting.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve the bars at room temperature or slightly chilled, and watch them disappear!
