Ingredients

1 cup sour blue raspberry drink mix (powdered)

1 cup sour cherry drink mix (powdered)

1 cup water

1 cup vodka (your choice)

1 cup cold club soda

1 cup sugar

1 cup clear gelatin (like Knox)

1 cup sour gummy belts (strawberry, blue raspberry, and lemon)

Fresh fruit slices (optional for garnish, such as lime or orange)

Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Gelatin: In a large mixing bowl, combine the clear gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.

Mix Flavors: In three separate bowls, mix each drink flavor—sour blue raspberry, sour cherry, and a combination flavor of your choice (like lemon-lime) with 1 cup of cold water, 1 cup of vodka, and 1/3 cup of sugar each (adjust sweetness as desired).

Combine: Divide the dissolved gelatin mixture evenly among the three bowls, stirring well to incorporate. The gelatin will help set the flavors for the vodka roll-ups.

Set the Layers: In a baking dish (preferably 9x13), pour the blue raspberry mixture first and spread it evenly. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 30-45 minutes until set.

Add Second Layer: Once the blue raspberry layer is firm, pour the cherry mixture on top and refrigerate again for an additional 30-45 minutes until set.

Finish with Third Layer: Repeat the same process with the third mixture (perhaps a lemon-lime mix) and let it set in the refrigerator again until solid.

Cut into Rollups: Once all layers are firm, carefully remove the set gelatin from the dish. Use a sharp knife to cut the gelatin into strips approximately 1-inch wide and 4-inches long.

Wrap Gummy Belts: Take a sour gummy belt and wrap it around each gelatin strip for a fun treat. To secure, you can use a small dab of the gelatin as glue if needed.

Serve: Arrange the rollups on a serving platter. Optional: Garnish with fresh fruit slices and serve with ice cubes and a splash of club soda for a refreshing drink pairing.

Prep Time: 30 min | Total Time: 2 hrs | Servings: 20-25 rollups (depends on slices cut)

Enjoy your vibrant, fun, and sour party treat! Perfect for gatherings, you can personalize flavors and colors to suit your party theme!
