Ingredients

1 bottle of red wine (750ml) - suggest a fruity option like Pinot Noir

1 bottle of white wine (750ml) - recommend a refreshing Sauvignon Blanc

2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

1 cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup raspberries

1 orange, sliced into rounds

1 lemon, sliced into rounds

1 cup brandy (optional for extra kick)

2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey (adjust for sweetness)

Ice cubes for serving

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, white wine, and brandy if using. Stir gently to combine.

Add the agave syrup or honey to the mixture, adjusting based on your preferred sweetness. Mix well to ensure it’s fully incorporated.

Toss in the blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, orange slices, and lemon slices, gently stirring to combine.

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 4 hours or overnight; this allows the flavors to meld beautifully.

Just before serving, add the sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for a refreshing fizz.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over the ice, ensuring an even distribution of fruit.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately for a colorful and festive drink!
