Ingredients

1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface, ensuring it’s about 1/8 inch thick.

Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly over the rolled-out puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

Starting from one edge, tightly roll the pastry into a log shape. Pinch the ends to seal.

Slice the rolled pastry into 1-inch thick swirls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops of the swirls with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the swirls are puffed and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
