Ingredients
  

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 cups coconut water

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

2 cups cold sparkling water

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, coconut water, fresh lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup. Blend until smooth.

    Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the strawberry seeds and pulp. Use the back of a spoon to press the mixture for maximum extraction.

      Once strained, stir in the cold sparkling water until well mixed.

        Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave syrup.

          To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the strawberry coconut lemonade over the ice.

            Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon.
