Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Zest of 1 orange

Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and the citrus zests until well combined.

Place the chicken breasts into a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the chicken. Ensure each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F/190°C).

Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken has nice grill marks.

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring juicy and tender chicken.

Serve the grilled chicken with a fresh summer salad or grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
