Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1 cup granola (your choice)

2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Berries: Rinse the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces.

Sweeten the Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if desired). Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Layer the Parfait: In serving glasses or bowls, start layering the ingredients. Begin with a spoonful of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

Add Granola: Follow with a layer of granola (about 1/4 cup), pressing it gently into the yogurt.

Add Berries: Next, add a generous layer of the mixed berries (about 1/2 cup) over the granola.

Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top. You can create 2-3 layers depending on the size of your glasses.

Garnish: Top the parfaits with a final sprinkle of granola, a handful of berries, and a few fresh mint leaves for garnish.

Serve: Serve immediately for a fresh experience or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled dessert.
