Ingredients

1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon minced ginger

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

2 green onions, sliced (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim the stem ends. Cut them in half to ensure even cooking.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well to create a marinade.

Toss Brussels Sprouts: Place the halved Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and pour the marinade over them. Toss everything together until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

Air Fry: Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired. Drizzle with additional sweet chili sauce for extra flavor.
