2 cups cooked chicken, diced (preferably rotisserie for flavor)

1 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise for a richer taste)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/2 cup red grapes, halved

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (or pecans)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)

Lettuce leaves for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and honey. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated with the creamy mixture.

    Add the chopped celery, red grapes, walnuts, and green onions to the bowl. Gently fold them into the chicken mixture to avoid mashing the grapes.

      Season the salad with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and dried dill, if using. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.

        Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

          Serve the creamy chicken salad on a bed of lettuce leaves or as a filling in a sandwich or wrap. Enjoy your deliciously creamy dish!
