1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)

2 cups coconut water or sparkling water

Juice of 1 lime

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Prepare the Berries: In a blender, combine strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a textured drink, pulse the blender for a few seconds instead of fully blending.

    Strain (Optional): For a smoother drink, strain the berry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing down on the pulp with a spatula to extract as much juice as possible.

      Mix the Drink: Pour the berry juice back into the pitcher. Add honey or agave syrup if desired. Stir well to combine.

        Add Coconut Water: Slowly pour in the coconut water or sparkling water and the lime juice. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to lose the bubbles if using sparkling water.

          Serve: Place ice cubes in glasses and pour the berry drink over the ice. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves and additional berries if desired.
