  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup for vegan option
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice optional, for a thicker smoothie

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the coconut milk, frozen pineapple chunks, banana, honey, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend on high until smooth. If you prefer a thicker texture, add ice and blend again until desired consistency is achieved.
