Ingredients
  

4 cups watermelon, cubed

1 cup blueberries, fresh

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, fresh blueberries, crumbled feta cheese, and thinly sliced red onion.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
