Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2-3 limes)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1 cup coconut water or plain water

Lime wedges for garnish

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: If you haven't already, cut the watermelon into cubes and freeze them for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Juice the Limes: Squeeze the limes to get fresh lime juice, making sure to strain out any seeds.

Blend Ingredients: In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, fresh lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and coconut water.

Blend Until Smooth: Pulse until the mixture becomes a smooth, slushy consistency. If you prefer a thicker texture, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the slushie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or lime juice if needed.

Serve: Pour the slushie into tall glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge and a few fresh mint leaves on top for an extra touch.

Enjoy Immediately: Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
