Ingredients

For the Brownie Base:

1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup white chocolate chips

For the Toppings:

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 banana, sliced

1/2 cup whipped cream (for dolloping)

1/4 cup white chocolate shavings (optional)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

Make the Brownie Batter: In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the granulated and brown sugars until well combined. Let it cool slightly.

Add Eggs & Vanilla: Whisk in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined and no floury streaks remain. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in White Chocolate: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.

Bake the Brownie Base: Pour the brownie batter onto the prepared pizza pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let the brownie base cool completely on a wire rack.

Prepare Toppings: While the brownie cools, prepare the fruit. Wash and slice the strawberries, blueberries, and banana.

Assemble the Pizza: Once the brownie has cooled, spread dollops of whipped cream across the surface of the brownie to create a pizza sauce layer. Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and banana on top creatively.

Garnish & Serve: If desired, sprinkle white chocolate shavings over the top and garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and flavor. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
