Ingredients
  

1 cup frozen spinach

1 ripe banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

A pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
 

Prep your ingredients: Peel the banana and measure out your frozen fruits and spinach.

    Combine in the blender: Add the frozen spinach, banana, almond milk, blueberries, cauliflower, almond butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup (if using), and cinnamon into your blender.

      Blend until smooth: Start blending on low and gradually increase to high speed. Blend for about 1-2 minutes until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

        Taste and adjust: Taste the smoothie and add more maple syrup for sweetness if desired. Blend again to mix well.
