Ingredients

3 cups popped popcorn (plain or lightly salted)

2 cups mini pretzels

1 cup almonds or mixed nuts

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup of assorted seasonal sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Popcorn: Start by popping 3 cups of popcorn using your preferred method. Spread the popped popcorn out on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine popcorn, mini pretzels, almonds, dried cranberries, and mini marshmallows. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Add in the vanilla extract and sea salt, mixing well.

Coat the Snack Mix: Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn mixture. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, gently fold the ingredients together until everything is well-coated.

Add Sprinkles (Optional): If you want to add a festive touch, sprinkle the assorted seasonal sprinkles over the mix while the chocolate is still warm. This will help them adhere better.

Cool and Set: Spread the chocolate-coated mixture back onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Allow it to cool for about 30-45 minutes, or until the chocolate has set completely.

Break and Serve: Once set, break the mixture into clusters and transfer to a serving bowl or store in an airtight container for snacking enjoyment.
